Hi, I'm Julie
I'm a physical therapist in Barrington, and jaw pain is one of my favorite things to treat. A lot of people are told to just wear a night guard and wait. This guide is the first set of things I walk through with patients, written so you can try them at home.
It is a starting point, not a diagnosis. If your jaw is still bothering you after a week or two, that is a good reason to have it looked at.
This guide is for education only and does not replace an examination, diagnosis, or individualized care. Achieve Physical Therapy & Wellness is a private-pay, out-of-network practice at 756 W Northwest Hwy, Suite B, Barrington, IL.
